Option 1: Freestyle. I don’t really like this option all that much. If you’re really good at it you can just take a small knife, roll out the fondant and start cutting whatever shape you want. However I am not good at this and there is really nothing to this method except exactly that. However, this is a versatile method when combined with other ways of decorating (like frosting) so that’s a pro.
